What problems I help people solve
The biggest one: people experience dissonance when the life they are living is not the life they want to live. They’re out of alignment, and they don’t know what to do about it.
I have a process for that.
We start by accessing transformative information using the Enneagram, exploring values, tackling beliefs and assumptions, and moving on to skill building and the pursuit of mastery.
It’s not about coaching behavior or meeting performance objectives. The differentiator is your inner growth. That’s the foundation for leadership.
